Special Chairman Scholarship For Talented Musicians and Strong Academics

We want to give something back in this crazy global situation. Therefore, we are now opening up for two Special Chairman’s Scholarships.

As a Patron of the Arts and a dedicated musician, our Chairman, Dr Wilson Goh, dedicates the two scholarships to one highly talented violinist and one highly talented cellist. Both students must also be exceptional academics.

If the students have a particularly high music level, we will offer the possibility to be trained by two of Austria’s renowned musicians. For the violin student, this would be ProfessorGerhard Schulz, a violinist and leading music scholar living in Vienna. For the cello student, this would be the well-known cellist Professor Lilia Schulz-Bayrova. Both are members of our Music and Art Academy Advisory Board.

With the IB and top-class music education, talented scholars have every opportunity to continue into leading music conservatories and universities worldwide.

The two scholarships are specifically aimed at day-students who are entering Grade 10 or 11 (15-17 years old).

Interested candidates who match this profile can apply until 25 May 2020. Read more about the scholarship and the application process on our Scholarship page.
