Every day the students must wear:
- School navy trousers, or skirt, or shorts
- School formal shirt, or polo shirt
- Plain navy or white socks, or tights
- Formal shoes in navy, or black, with no additional colours of any type.
AMADEUS School Uniform Guidelines
The AMADEUS International School Vienna uniforms were developed with input from the student body and are worn during school hours and at designated school events. In addition to making daily life easier, wearing a uniform gives students a sense of community and school pride.

Der Walter Shop and Fitting
The main uniform items are available for purchase at the Der Walter shop during their opening hours indicated below. Slight alterations can be made to ensure a good fit by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for a fitting please call, email, or click on the calendar icon on their homepage.
AMADEUS Community Uniform Shop
AVCA (AMADEUS Vienna Community Association) operates the AMADEUS Community Uniform Shop, which hosts a sale of new and second-hand uniforms for students and parents. Donations are accepted in bins in the School Office during collection periods. Items donated return 100% of the proceeds to AVCA to support its programming and initiatives.
The AMADEUS Community Uniform Shop will open for pop-up sales throughout the year. To find out about the next date of the sale, please reach out to AVCA.

Being neutral and well-fitted
Hair and makeup (including nails) should be neutral. All clothes must be clean, neat and well fitted. Buttons must be done up and shirts tucked in.
If they are cold, students can also wear:
- At any time – AMADEUS Vienna School navy V-neck pullover, cardigan, or blazer
- Whilst outside – AMADEUS Vienna navy rain jacket.
During PE Time...
- AMADEUS Vienna navy shorts, or AMADEUS Vienna gym tights, or AMADEUS Vienna track pants
- School PE T-shirt in blue (Primary), white (Secondary)
- Indoor shoes with non-marking soles, or Outdoor shoes suitable for running
- Watches, jewellery, and other accessories must be removed for lessons
