We offer a range of services to support students and parents in their daily school life.
Shuttle Bus for Day Students
We offer transportation service to enable students to get to and from school. Our shuttle operates on school days, morning and afternoon, with door-to-door service. Students under the age of four are accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians may book the shuttle service on a yearly or termly basis. Afternoon Care
We offer afternoon care for our Early Years students and Primary years students. The afternoon care includes a small snack, free playtime in and outside, and a variety of sports and crafts activities.
School Uniform
At AMADEUS Vienna we take pride in wearing our school uniforms. The day and formal uniforms were developed with input from the student body and are worn during school hours and at designated school events. Read more about our school uniforms here.
Medical Insurance
Medical insurance coverage is mandatory for all students in Austria. If the student’s existing medical insurance plan does not meet the Austrian requirements, the student will be required to purchase private medical insurance for the entire academic year upon enrolment. The medical insurance fee is payable yearly.
Residence Permit (boarding students only)
AMADEUS Vienna requires all boarding students to have legal permission to live in Austria. We work with a relocation partner who can help coordinate the initial application or renewal of the residence permit and the provision of legal guardianship. The residence permit fee is payable for the initial application service in the first year the student starts. The yearly service charge is payable for the renewal of the permit in all the following years the student attends AMADEUS Vienna.
Additionally, we offer School Counselling and Career Counselling to our students.
