Professional Programme

Highly talented students in the Academy who are interested in pursuing a professional career in Music and the Arts have the opportunity to apply for the Professional Programme at the AMA Academy which provides individualised guidance and rigorous preparation for entry into renowned music conservatories or universities.

The Professional Programme is designed for the advanced performing artist who wants to focus deeply on their chosen discipline. It is ideal for students who want to enter competitions, study at a university or conservatory or perform as a soloist in front of an audience. The appropriate academic programme will be determined based on the agreed goals. Entry into the professional programme requires auditions and evaluations.

The Professional Programme offers the following two tracks of study:

Track 1: This track requires one 90 minute individual instruction per week, two half recitals per year and enrolment in the Full IB Diploma.

Track 2: This track requires a minimum of two 60 minute lessons per week and two full recitals per year. A tailored academic programme will be applied based on the goals of the student.

How to Apply: All prospective students are required to complete an application form which can be obtained through our Admissions Team. There is no deadline for Academy applications.
