AMADEUS Music and Arts Academy (AMAA)
The AMADEUS Music and Arts Academy is an integral part of our school that is dedicated to developing young artists to their fullest potential.
The Foundation Music Programme is designed for those students who would like to receive some basic exposure to an artistic form. Lessons are designed to give the student one-on-one training with a professional in their area of expertise. Students taking the Foundation Programme may also have studio recitals and performance or gallery opportunities appropriate for their level.
The Foundation Programme offers one lesson per week either in a 40 minute format (Foundation 1) or a 60 minute format (Foundation 2*) based on preference and/or skill level.
*The Foundation 2 Programme is only for beginners. The duration of this programme is 1 – 2 years dependent on the student’s progress. After assessment, they will move up to the Advanced Programme.

The Advanced Music Programme is designed for those students who are already experienced artists and/or who would like to hone their talents at a higher level.
AMAA will evaluate the student upon arrival and periodically over the course of his/her studies at AV to select the appropriate instructor according to the student’s talents, needs, and aspirations, and in order to monitor the student’s progress. Students taking the Advanced Programme will partake in studio recitals and have performance or gallery opportunities appropriate for their level. These students may also have the chance to observe masterclasses.
The Advanced Programme offers one lesson per week. For music students, ear and voice training, music theory and chamber music lessons are available depending on the student’s needs.

The Professional Music Programme is designed for those students who intend to pursue their artistic form of choice at a professional/career level. Students must audition upon arrival to enter the Professional Programme and they will be assessed regularly over the course of their studies at AV.
Students taking the Professional Programme will partake in studio recitals and have performance/gallery opportunities in addition to the chance to participate in masterclasses.

Payment Information
- A non-refundable application fee of € 250 is to be paid upon submission of the application form. Please include the student’s full name in the payment details.
- All school fees must be paid in full, prior to the student’s attendance at AMADEUS Vienna. A payment installment plan is available upon request on the Application form.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the payment of all school fees but may arrange to have payments made on their behalf.
- The School Management retains the right to review the fees.
- The Statement of Fees is subject to our General Terms and Conditions.
